Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Both plans start with a 7-day free trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the plan you chose begins and Apple charges $2.99 a month or $19.99 a year. One trial per Apple Account.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose PalmDesk. Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Does one subscription cover my iPhone and my iPad?
PalmDesk Pro is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices, but it’s in use on one iPhone or iPad at a time. In version 1.0 a Mac also pairs with one device at a time.
Do I pay anything for the Mac app?
No. PalmDesk for Mac is free and never needs a purchase. You subscribe to Pro in the iPhone or iPad app.
How do refunds work?
Apple handles every payment and refund. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
